Urgent translation and interpreting
in Walloon Brabant, within 24 hours
A municipality turning a file away, a summons brought forward in Nivelles, a departure abroad in two days: the sworn translation comes back in 24 to 48 h, the sworn interpreter is deployed within 24 h, and feasibility is confirmed to you within the hour.

What we genuinely deliver under pressure
Tell us the date that genuinely binds you, and we will describe what can be held to. Nothing is promised for the sake of it.
Sworn translation from 24 to 48 h
Formality refused, appointment in two days: the document comes back stamped, signed and carrying the statutory wording.
Several linguists in parallel
Heavy volumes are split across several translators tied to one shared glossary, and a final pass evens out the differences in style.
Sworn interpreter within 24 h
Summons brought forward in Nivelles, a party found the day before to speak no French: the local network usually makes it possible to cover the date.
Immediate connection
Where nothing else can be arranged, putting a three-way call together inside the hour still serves you better than proceeding blind.
Dispatch the same day
The stamped copy enters the postal system on the day the translation is completed, tracked, while the signed PDF lands in your inbox.
Legalisation straight after
The file goes to the FPS Justice for legalisation of the signature the moment the stamp is on, with no day lost between the two.
Saying no at once beats delivering late
Plenty of providers accept every rush job and then deliver two days behind. We would rather decide within the hour, including by turning the work down.
No translator free in the pair for tomorrow morning? You hear it immediately and keep the time to look elsewhere. And when the real deadline sits ten days away, we point that out too: nobody ever won a client over by charging a pointless surcharge.
That is why we always open with the same question: which exact date, and imposed by whom?
- A straight answer within the hour
- Any surcharge stated before you commit
- Dispatch the same day
- Revision never sacrificed
What pressure alters and what it leaves alone
Setting out the limits at the start beats disappointment at the finish.
Quality does not move
Express work keeps the second linguist reading through. Headcount goes up; the number of stages dropped does not.
The price does move
+50 % for 24 h, +75 % for 12 h, +100 % for 6 h. The surcharge is on the quote, which you accept or decline before anything starts.
Public offices keep their pace
A legalisation at the FPS Justice or an apostille at the FPS Foreign Affairs take the time they take. We can speed up our part, not theirs.
A few pairs stay out of reach
Finding a sworn interpreter in Pashto or Tigrinya for the following morning sometimes borders on impossible. The answer reaches you within the hour rather than the evening before.
Check the date genuinely imposed on you before accepting a surcharge. Many 24 h requests concern a town hall appointment falling ten days later, when the ordinary turnaround was ample. We put that question every time, at the risk of losing the surcharge.
When the clock has already started
Four steps, and the go or no-go reaches you before sixty minutes have passed.
- 01
You give the deadline
Language, type of document, and above all the date imposed on you. Two minutes of form filling, or a phone call if the deadline falls today.
- 02
Immediate answer
Whether the date holds, and on what terms, reaches you immediately. A refusal travels just as fast.
- 03
Priority start
The file moves to the front and goes straight to one or more available linguists.
- 04
Delivery at the agreed time
The file arrives by email in every case. If stamped paper is required, a registered letter goes out the same day.
Is your deadline tomorrow morning?
File the request, or call if the deadline falls today. The answer comes within the hour.
What you can count on when time is short
A network across the province
Our sworn translators and interpreters work in Walloon Brabant and in Brussels, twenty-five kilometres away. That network is what makes 24 h credible.
A straight answer
When the date cannot be met, you hear it within the hour and keep time to knock on another door.
No improvised subcontracting
Working fast does not mean working with just anybody. The team stays the same, it is simply called in earlier.
A single price list
It is public and identical for everyone. The urgency rate varies neither with the client nor with their level of anxiety.
Weekends and public holidays
When a court or hospital emergency falls at the weekend, we look for a solution anyway.
No rule suspended
Confidentiality agreement, ban on public engines, revision maintained: none of those rules gives way under pressure.
Frequently asked questions
Can a sworn translation really be delivered in 24 hours?
On a short document in a common pair, yes. On a large volume or a language with few speakers available, the answer is often no, and we say so openly. The limiting factor is almost always the availability of a sworn translator in the exact pair, rarely the number of pages.
What surcharge should I expect?
Delivery within 24 hours carries a 50 % increase on the base rate, 12 hours carries 75 % and 6 hours carries 100 %. You see the figure on the quote before you confirm, and nothing further is tacked on afterwards.
Does legalisation follow the same calendar?
No, and that is the limit of the exercise. Legalising the sworn translator's signature belongs to the FPS Justice: count on 3 to 5 working days, outside our control. Any apostille is requested from the FPS Foreign Affairs, which stretches the calendar further. We speed up the translation and file as early as possible, without ever promising the pace of a public office.
We are moving abroad in three days. What can you do?
For short certificates in a common pair, it usually works. Give us the language, the type of documents and the departure date: the answer comes within the hour. One reservation though, if the destination country requires an apostille, the calendar depends on the FPS Foreign Affairs and not on us.
Are you reachable on Saturdays and Sundays?
Yes, seven days a week and public holidays included. Emergencies do not pick their day: call us and we will see what can be done.
