From your first message to delivery, everything is handled remotely. You know at any moment where your file stands and what it will cost.
A certificate, a contract, a hearing to cover: use the form, send an email or call. A sharp photo taken on your phone is enough for us to price the job. You will not be asked to travel anywhere.
You receive the amount, the delivery date, the option chosen, sworn or standard, and for interpreting the confirmation that someone is available. Free of charge, with no obligation to order.
The signed PDF arrives by email on the announced date. When the counter insists on the stamped original, it goes out by registered post. The interpreter turns up at the agreed time, having read the file beforehand.
We know what the population departments of the sixteen municipalities, the notaries' offices, the Wavre magistrate's court and the Nivelles court expect. That saves rejections and repeat trips.
Our interpreters attend the Wavre magistrate's court, the court of first instance in Nivelles, the notaries' offices and the population desks of the sixteen municipalities in our area, from Waterloo to Jodoigne. That is how we anticipate what an officer checks on a sworn translation before accepting it. The rest of the file is handled online.
The text first goes to a translator working into their mother tongue, then in full to a reviser. When the document is intended for a magistrate, a notary or an administration, the person applying the stamp is listed on the national register of court experts, and signing it makes them personally accountable.
An hour after your request you know the price, the delivery date and, for an interpreting assignment, confirmation of the language booked. If the text turns out denser than expected or the meeting runs over, that is our problem. Nothing is renegotiated mid-file.
Every linguist in the network has signed a confidentiality agreement. Your files stay on servers located in the European Union, only the project manager and the translator have access, and everything is erased on request, in line with the GDPR. A firm that imposes its own agreement has us sign it before anything is sent.
Our interpreters travel at no mileage cost across the sixteen municipalities we serve, from Waterloo to Jodoigne. Document translation is settled remotely, wherever you happen to be.
Private clients, firms, SMEs and public authorities across the province.

Your situation not listed? Describe it in the quote form: you will get a precise answer within the hour.
It depends entirely on who receives the document. A municipality, a court, a consulate or an equivalence service will only accept the sworn version: stamp, signature and statement of conformity from a translator listed on the national register of court experts, who is personally accountable for the work. An internal contract, a user guide or a website do not call for that. The linguistic quality is the same either way; what differs is the standing of the document before an authority.
One hour, for any request arriving between 8am and 10pm, Saturday and Sunday included. The quote carries the firm amount, the delivery date and, for interpreting, confirmation of availability. Nothing is added to it afterwards.
Four elements: the language combination, the field, the volume and the deadline. Standard translation is charged per word of the source text; sworn translation per page of 250 words, with every page started counted in full. When several documents resemble one another, the translation memory identifies segments already handled and you do not pay for them a second time at full rate.
These are two different formalities. Legalisation of the sworn translator's signature is obtained at the FPS Justice and we take care of it: allow 3 to 5 extra working days. The apostille concerns the original document and depends on the FPS Foreign Affairs or on the authority of the issuing country; we do not request it on your behalf. The quote does tell you whether it is required in your situation and which counter to approach.
No, never. A scan or a sharp photo is enough for us to work from, and the signed file comes back by email. If the service insists on the stamped original, it travels by registered post, within Belgium or abroad. Driving across Walloon Brabant at rush hour saves nobody any time.
Yes, across the sixteen municipalities in our area. Our interpreters travel to Nivelles, Waterloo, Braine-l'Alleud, Ottignies-Louvain-la-Neuve, Rixensart or Jodoigne as readily as to the Wavre magistrate's court, and the journey is already included in the interpreting rate. For a document to be translated, your address makes no difference: everything moves electronically.
Allow 5 to 10 working days for simultaneous work from a booth: two interpreters per language have to be brought together and the equipment delivered. A liaison or sworn assignment falls into place far faster, and in most cases we find someone in under 24 hours, including for the following day.
That is a substantial part of our work. Waterloo, La Hulpe, Lasne and Rixensart attract families who have come for a multinational, a European institution or an international school, and their birth and marriage certificates, diplomas and driving licences have to be rendered into French or Dutch before they reach the town hall. The reverse happens just as often: a file heading for Flemish Brabant or for a bilingual federal administration is prepared in Dutch, and that is our most requested language pair.
They stay for as long as you want them to, not a day longer. Every translator and interpreter in the network has signed a confidentiality agreement. Files are hosted on servers located in the European Union, in line with the GDPR, and deleted as soon as you ask. For a sensitive matter, we sign your own agreement before the first document even reaches us.
A translation to arrange or an interpreter to book: same form, same turnaround. Free, with no commitment, and at a firm price: what you read on the quote is what you pay.
